CODE OF CONDUCT

New Leap International are expected to have the right attitude towards learning and be disciplined. All students of New ldeap are expected to know and apply five basic principles that will help them to achieve a high standard of personal discipline.

These Principles are :

  • Follow Rules – Rules must be followed, otherwise chaos will reign.
  • Show Respect – New Leap International School must respect themselves, their families , the school and the community.
  • Take Responsibility – New Leap Must bear responsibility for their own actions and be accountable. New Leap must know that any irresponsible act has consequences not only to themselves but also to others.
  • Build Relationships – New leap must good relationship with family members, teachers, Friends and other. Good relationship help to bond people together and create mutual understanding and support.
  • Practice Reflection – When mistakes (offences) are committed, New leap must reflect and learn from them. New leap must be able to go through process of self- Reflection and learn not to repeat the same mistake or offence.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS :

  • Child can come in colour dress on his/her birthday.
  • Only toffees and no chocolates to be distributed on birthdays.
  • Encourage your child to celebrate their birthdays in an orphanage or with some Charitable trust.

GENERAL DISCIPLINE :

  • No students should damage any school furniture or write anything on the walls or furniture. Concerned students will be required to compensate for the damage.
  • Expensive & branded pencil boxes, pens, watches & other valuables are strictly not allowed simplicity is the hallmark of New Leap International School.
  • The School is not responsible for goods lost. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles to school. Kindly label all the belongings clearly.
  • Parents and guardians shall not visit their wards or teachers in the classrooms , without permission of the authorities.
  • Both The parents should be present for PTM held during the year.
  • It is compulsory for every students speak in English in the school campus and also in the school bus.
  • Mobile phones are not allowed in the school. In case students are found carrying a mobile phone, it will be confiscated by the school authorities for a period of one year from the date of confiscation.
  • Good manners, habits of obedience and order, neatness in person and dress and punctuality are required at all times.
  • During work hours, order and silence is to be maintained while around the premises. Running, playing or shouting inside the school building in not allowed.
  • Students are not permitted to attend the school in casual dress except on Birthdays.
  • The School shall not entertain any application for change of section/house of any child once allotted in the beginning of the year.
  • Report cards are liable to be withheld for non-payment of fee.
  • Activities such as third language, clubs and co-scholastic activities once taken shall not allowed to be changed during the session.
  • This being a co-education school, boys are required to have decent behaviour & attitude.
  • Students shall always greet teachers, elders & friends in a pleasant tone, whenever they meet them in school or outside. It should be remembered that a school is judged by the conduct of its students.

IDENTIFICATION CARD (ID) :

  • ID Cards are issued to all the students. This card when asked must be presented to any school employee. Students are expected to bring the ID card in all school related functions. Students who lose the card would be issued a new one after being charged a certain sum.

SCHOOL INFIRMARY :

  • If a student becomes ill during the day he/she will be taken to the infirmary. In case of prolonged stay in the sickroom, due to illness, parents will be called to school to pick up the student.
  • Students are administered basic first aid for common ailments & minor injuries. In case of any unforeseen emergency, the initial support is provided as per the need & the parents of the concerned child will be informed immediately.
